Official Application Licenses at Telkom University
Telkom University for the 2025/2026 period has added several third-party licensed software subscriptions for use by both employees and students within the Telkom University campus environment.
Microsoft Office 365 License
Telkom University has Microsoft product licenses that can be used by the entire academic community with specific application packages tailored to user types.
All permanent employees (TPA/Lecturers) and active students are eligible for an Office 365 license. The username used is the same as SSO, which is @telkomuniversity.ac.id for TPA/Lecturers and @student.telkomuniversity.ac.id for Students, with the password used being the same as iGracias or SSO.

The Office 365 license package includes licenses that can be used by Computer Laboratories or individual employees and students. It uses serial numbers and also Azure tools for Education licenses.

Telkom University has 933 Adobe CC licenses that can only be used in the Computer Laboratory.
Adobe CC licenses at Telkom University can only be used by:
– Faculty of Business Communication (FBC) Computer Laboratory,
– Faculty of Creative Industries (FCI),
– Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB),
– Industrial Engineering Faculty (FRI),
– Faculty of Applied Sciences (FIT),
Faculty of Informatics (FIF),
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FTE).
For its use, you can apply to the Head of Computer Lab Affairs at each Faculty.

Telkom University has 300 licenses for IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 and 8 licenses for IBM SPSS AMOS version 27.
This license may only be used in faculty laboratories, which are:

– Industrial Engineering Faculty (FRI),
– Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB),
– Faculty of Communication and Business (FKB).

Smart PLS License
The SmartPLS license owned by Telkom University is centrally managed through the Directorate of PuTI.
SmartPLS licenses consist of two types:
Single Seat Licenses
This license allows you to install a copy of SmartPLS on one computer. The installed copy can be used by one user at a time. Changes for a new computer can be made upon request.
To activate this license, the computer where SmartPLS is installed must have an internet connection. Once the license is active, SmartPLS can be used offline without an internet connection.
Floating Licenses
This license may allow you to install SmartPLS on a number of computers. The number of users who can use SmartPLS at the same time is equal to the number of users when the purchase was made.
To use SmartPLS, the computer running SmartPLS must be connected to a license server, which can either be hosted by us (accessible via the internet) or by you (in-house installation). Both options are equally valued but require different ordering and setup routines.
The Smart PLS Floating license can only be used in the FEB Laboratory.
As for the Smart PLS License, the Seat can only be used in the FRI Laboratory.

Eviews License
Eviews 13 licenses can only be used in the Economics and Business Faculty (FEB) Laboratory.
The Eviews 13 license owned by Telkom University is centrally managed through the Faculty of Business Economics. The Eviews 13 license owned by Telkom University is an Eviews Academic Volume License.
Visual Paradigm License
The Visual Paradigm license owned by Telkom University is centrally managed through the Faculty of Industrial Engineering. The Visual Paradigm license owned by Telkom University is of the Visual Paradigm Academic License type.
The Visual Paradigm license can be used by employees, faculty, and students at Telkom University.
For TPA/Lecturers, you can access by using your domain account. @telkomuniversity.ac.id while students can access with a domain account @student.telkomuniversity.ac.id
SAP Edugate License
SAP licenses owned by Telkom University are managed centrally through the SPIO Directorate. For requests for use or certificates, please contact SPIO.
