Pesan ini menandakan bahwa sistem tidak dapat memverifikasi kredensial yang dimasukkan. Masalah ini umumnya disebabkan oleh kesalahan input akun atau kendala teknis pada browser.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut beberapa langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>\ud83d\udd0d<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Langkah-Langkah Penanganan<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Pastikan Penulisan Username Sudah Benar<\/strong><br \/>\nMasukkan\u00a0<strong>username saja<\/strong>, tanpa menambahkan domain email seperti\u00a0@student.telkomuniversity.ac.idatau\u00a0@telkomuniversity.ac.id. Kesalahan format username merupakan penyebab paling umum terjadinya error ini.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Bersihkan Cache dan Cookies Browser \/ Gunakan Mode Incognito<\/strong><br \/>\nCache dan cookies yang tersimpan dapat mengganggu proses autentikasi. Disarankan untuk menghapus cache dan cookies pada browser, lalu mencoba login kembali.<br \/>\nSebagai alternatif, pengguna juga dapat mencoba\u00a0<strong>mode incognito\/private window<\/strong>atau menggunakan\u00a0<strong>browser lain <\/strong>untuk memastikan tidak ada konflik data tersimpan.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Perhatikan Input CAPTCHA<\/strong><br \/>\nApabila halaman login menampilkan CAPTCHA, pastikan hanya memasukkan karakter yang\u00a0<strong>berwarna hitam<\/strong>sesuai petunjuk. Kesalahan membaca CAPTCHA dapat menyebabkan login gagal meskipun username dan password sudah benar.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Lakukan Reset Password<\/strong><br \/>\nJika login masih tidak berhasil, silakan lakukan\u00a0<strong>reset password<\/strong>melalui layanan resmi Telkom University seperti\u00a0<a href=\"satu.telkomuniversity.ac.id\"><strong>Tel-U Satu<\/strong><\/a>, kemudian gunakan password baru untuk login kembali ke iGracias.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>\u2139\ufe0f<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Informasi Tambahan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>iGracias menggunakan sistem\u00a0<strong>Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong>, sehingga satu akun digunakan untuk mengakses berbagai layanan akademik Telkom University.
