Namun, terkadang pengguna mengalami kendala saat login, melakukan presensi, atau menggunakan fitur tertentu. Berikut adalah beberapa solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >1. Kendala Login MyTelU<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Tidak bisa login, muncul notifikasi server error atau login error<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pastikan aplikasi <strong>MyTelU telah diperbarui ke versi terbaru<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Aktifkan <strong>GPS<\/strong> through <strong>Setting &gt; Lokasi &gt; On<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Jika masih mengalami kendala, hubungi <strong>Service Desk<\/strong> dengan menyertakan <strong>username, NIM\/NIP, dan screenshot permasalahan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Gagal Login MyTelU (1500)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pastikan <strong>username yang dimasukkan menggunakan huruf kecil semua<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Jika masih gagal, bisa hubungi <strong>081319800200<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Tidak bisa login MyTelU, tetapi iGracias, Email, Office365, dan Tune bisa diakses<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk kendala <strong>1401\/1400<\/strong>, ubah password melalui <strong>Thank you<\/strong> atau melalui <a href=\"https:\/\/satu.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/auth\/forgot-password\"><strong>Tel-U SATU<\/strong><\/a>, lalu coba login kembali dengan password baru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Muncul Notifikasi Error &#8220;70&#8221; atau &#8220;0&#8221; saat login<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tutup aplikasi MyTelU dan buka kembali.<\/li>\n<li>Jika masih bermasalah, coba <strong>reinstall aplikasi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Panduan Video:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/1ULhJSJZmu8\">Klik di sini<\/a><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >2. Cara Membuat QR Code untuk Agenda Rapat<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>QR Code untuk kehadiran rapat dapat dibuat oleh <strong>Kepala Urusan atau pejabat yang berwenang di Unit\/Fakultas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ikuti langkah-langkah pembuatan QR Code melalui menu yang tersedia di MyTelU pada <a href=\"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/faq\/panduan-membuat-qr-code-presensi-my-telu\/\">panduan berikut<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Panduan Mengunduh Data Presensi QR Code<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pengunduhan data presensi QR Code aplikasi My TelU Mobile dapat dilakukan oleh Kepala Urusan atau pejabat lain yang berwenang pada Unit\/Fakultas masing-masing mengikuti langkah-langkah berikut:<br \/>\n1\ufe0f. Akses <a href=\"https:\/\/mytelumobile.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/\"><strong>MyTelU Mobile<\/strong><\/a> dan login menggunakan akun SSO Tel-U.<br \/>\n2\ufe0f. Pilih menu <strong>Scan QR Presensi<\/strong>, lalu cari dan pilih acara yang diinginkan.<br \/>\n3\ufe0f. Aktifkan <strong>lokasi\/GPS<\/strong> on the device.<br \/>\n2\ufe0f. Setelah login, klik menu <strong>Survey<\/strong> di bawah tombol Check-in dan isi survei.<br \/>\n3\ufe0f. Kendala Upload Banner MyTelU<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Banner berhasil diunggah tetapi tidak muncul di timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pastikan ukuran <strong>banner 720 \u00d7 350 px<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Gunakan <strong>caption singkat<\/strong> atau hanya judul banner agar sesuai format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >6. FAQ Kendala QR Code di MyTelU<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Fitur Scan QR Code Tidak Muncul atau Tidak Berfungsi<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2705 Coba <strong>relogin<\/strong>, lalu lakukan <strong>clear cache dan clear data<\/strong> aplikasi di <strong>Pengaturan perangkat<\/strong>.
