Telkom University has Microsoft product licenses that can be used by the entire academic community with specific application packages tailored to user types.
All permanent employees (TPA/Lecturers) and active students are entitled to an Office 365 license. The username used according to iGracias is @telkomuniversity.ac.id for TPA/Lecturers and @student.telkomuniversity.ac.id for Students, with the password used according to iGracias or SSO.
Example:
username: usernameiGracias@telkomuniversity.ac.id
Password: your password. Thank you.
For Computer Labs and research needs, Microsoft product license requests are submitted through the iGracias service desk ticket at https://igracias.telkomuniversity.ac.id.
The Office 365 license package includes licenses that can be used by Computer Laboratories or individual employees and students. It uses serial numbers and also Azure tools for Education licenses.
